Mr. Salvador (Chip) Impastato has extensive experience in corporate, retail, mixed-use and hospitality projects. His primary responsibility includes business development for private sector clients in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Additionally, he provides principal-level project management and development for major design commissions.

With over fifteen years of experience as a landscape architect, Chip strives to offer worldclass design solutions while maintaining the client's best interests in project value. Managing numerous projects, both nationally and internationally, several of his projects have won awards for excellence in landscape architecture. Mr. Impastato has also been a guest lecturer at several conferences and universities.

Recent and ongoing projects reflect Chip's range of expertise, from urban living complexes like Fiori and Savoye Squared, to historic retail rejuvenation at Oakbrook Center, to healthcare environments like New Parkland Hospital.
