Paul Freeland

Paul Freeland joins the firm after spending 13 years with MESA.  As one of the firms leading designers, his national and international experience ranges from prominent campus and corporate projects to hospitality, retail, and mixed-use.  His projects span a variety of scales, and his passion for building collaborative client relationships leads to successful, thoughtful approaches to project challenges and a variety of innovative solutions for his clients.

Paul brings an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all phases of a project’s scope.  His creative abilities and experience in all phases, from early conceptual design to final production of construction documents, has allowed him to excel at the management and problem solving process’ that are unique to each project.  He emphasizes the principles of high design with pragmatic execution, and the current design trends of sustainability, green building methods, and LEED are all intrinsic parts in his approach to all projects.

Since arriving from MESA, where he was instrumental in the efforts for Blue Cross Blue Shield, One Arts Plaza, and Shangri La Botanical Garden and Nature Center, Paul is currently involved with the project management of one of the region’s largest county projects, New Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas, as well as Sea Scouts Base and Dallas Museum of Art.
