A master planned community encompassing corporate campuses, retail, a golf course, and a charter school, Circle T Ranch is a new 2,500-acre mixed-use development. Defined by its location in the Eastern Cross Timbers and its landmark pastoral hills, the landscape is punctuated by large oak trees and roaming cattle. Studio Outside’s master plan vision captures the unique landscape qualities with a series of trails and programmed nodes that allow for walking, running, and horseback riding through newly forested areas. Recognizing the land’s ranching history, Studio Outside worked with the client to develop a distinct narrative vision and brand that extends into the spirit of the master plan, maintaining the ranch character of the site.
