The Fair Park Signature Community Park will be the first completed part of the recently Fair Park Master Plan. A collaboration led by Studio MLA with Studio Outside, Allison William, and buildingcommunityWORKSHOP the park will be an exceptional and welcoming gathering space that fosters health, well-being, and resilience. Currently in schematic design the final design will provide vibrant connections to nature and dynamic recreational programming for the surrounding South Dallas neighborhoods and all visitors to Fair Park 365 days a year. With amply opportunities for play, space for performance, a large flexible lawn, unique topography, and moments for quiet reflection the park will provide something for everyone.
