The Heights at Park Lane feature roof top pools created through an artful manipulation of materials and sophisticated geometries, resulting in an upscale urban living project. These fifth-floor pools required significant structural engineering coordination among all parties to route plumbing and structural supports to the garage below. The east side is loose and energizing while the west is reflective and a bit more refined in materials and furnishings. The refined pool is essentially a visual art piece when not being used by swimmers. Both sides include grills, a fire pit area, lush garden plantings, and water wall features. The entire design is also carefully articulated to be a visually appealing composition when looked down upon from the tower apartments above.
