Situated on the top of a natural ridge, Copia Winery overlooks acres of vineyards in the rolling hills of Paso Robles, California. The new facility includes a state-of-the-art hospitality and tasting room, barrel storage, and fermentation room. A simple but sophisticated design keeps the focus on the surrounding views of the vineyards.   

A planted slope with native grasses and perennials greets visitors as they arrive. Corten material throughout the landscape connects the landscape to the large panels of the building façade. A linear fountain along the entry walk features a corten runnel with a black tiled upper and lower basin. The long, corten steel walkway leads guests to the event lawn, while specimen olive trees in gravel frame the space with natural wood benches for seating.
