Fiori
Addison, Texas

Located in the heart of Vitruvian Park in the Town of Addison, Fiori, a LEED Silver project, will be the signature residential building for this iconic mixed-use development. With breathtaking views overlooking the existing greenspaces and neighboring creek, Studio Outside designed a series of outdoor amenity spaces that offer a variety of experiences for residences and visitors.

The main pool court includes an elevated infinity edge swimming pool with an outdoor lounge, open lawn space, generous seasonal color plantings, and an outdoor grilling court. A private fitness room overlooks an interior shade garden, with a series of low stone benches and lush plantings, creating a transition to the Garden Court, an exterior room activated by an 8' tall bluestone water wall, specimen trees, and flexible open space for outdoor lawn recreation. From here, one can pass through a richly detailed interior amenity breezeway and exit into the third amenity court, flanked on both sides by an expansive display of fountain jets in low reflecting pools, leading the visitor past two additional grilling court to the central elliptical pool. Raised out of grade and surrounded with lush landscape, the pool spills onto a lower sun porch and seating deck that provides dramatic views to the surrounding public greenspace.
