Savoye Squared
Addison, Texas
Vitruvian Park is a vibrant new six-phase multi-family development designed for sustainable living, beautiful amenities, and adjacent connections to an existing natural creek. Savoye Squared, the second residential building of the first phase, features a contemporary new pool deck and outdoor living space, connected to one another through a glass-enclosed flexible programming space.
The outdoor room features a tall wood-framed water curtain, terraced fountains and garden walls, a four-sided fireplace, canopy trees, and outdoor dining. The amenity deck, opposite the glass enclosure, is highlighted by a raised limestone, zero-edge plunge swimming pool with a shallow tanning porch, outdoor kitchen and barbecue grills, wood shade structures, chaise lounges, and lush gardens. This space, with views overlooking the neighboring creek, have been constructed using a contemporary mix of materials such as Lueders limestone, Ipe wood decking, crushed decomposed granite, glass handrails, steel fencing, and sandblasted concrete, to create a truly unique and exciting outdoor experience for Vitruvian Park residents.
