Water Street is a 14-acre mixed-use development located on the north shore of Lake Carolyn in Las Colinas, Texas. The project includes 300 luxury apartments with private courtyards and almost 60,000 square feet of dining and retail and has undoubtedly brought more life to one of North Texas’ biggest office districts.

The central green space maintains open views down to the lake from the landmark Mustangs at Las Colinas and will be used by the City for special events such as farmers markets and festivals throughout the year. The project also closed the loop completing the 6-mile pedestrian promenade around Lake Carolyn.

In addition, a new Area Personal Transit System station (overhead APT people mover) provides easy access to the site for the 120,00 employees working within the Las Colinas Business Park and is walking distance from the DART rail orange line.
