Legacy West is a dynamic mixed-use project surrounded by the new corporate headquarters of Toyota, JCPenney, Liberty Mutual, and Federal Express in North Plano. The development provides hotels, residential apartments, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. There is vibrant street life throughout the project with cafe seating, courtyards, and a large central show fountain. The character of the distinct architecture in each block is also reflected in the streetscape. Significant large specimen trees have been saved and transplanted in the streetscapes, providing a mature landscape character throughout the project.
