NewCity is an urban infill mixed-use project that includes residential, retail, grocery and entertainment. The entire project is built on structure and uses hardscape and planting materials that compliment the architecture’s modern facades. At the heart of NewCity is a large multi-use plaza, which welcomes guests with access to shops and restaurants, stands, and open spaces, and serves numerous programming functions.
