The Master Plan for Edward’s Ranch provided a framework of stewardship for the remaining family ranch land within Fort Worth. There are two primary areas within Edward’s Ranch: Clearfork and Riverhills. The properties are almost two miles along the Trinity River and the Chisholm Trail Pkwy.

Clearfork is 270-acre village on the north side of the river. It is a true live, work, and play neighborhood, encompassing luxury retail, restaurants, office entertainment and multi-family. Natural green open spaces connect Clearfork to the Trinity Trails, a hike and bike system along the River. You can find a rich collection of artwork to embrace the deep history and culture of Clearfork sprinkled throughout the property.
